After a catastrophic water leak in my condominium, I used my Condo association's preferred vendor to do the teardown.  I was not impressed with the job.  I went to my trusted Angie's List to find an alternative to the build back.  Score!
I called the owner of ASAP Restoration due to the many positive reviews.
From the very beginning I knew that I had found the right company. The owner described the whole process to me and had the whole project set up and completed less than a week of my call.
My significant build back was completed in one day.  The employees that came to my condo were on time, professional and highly skilled.  My kitchen looks exactly the same as before the damage.  I can never tell it happened in the first place and am so satisfied to have my home back the way it was.  The bonus is that the refrigerator that leaked actually fits better in the cabinetry than before the water leak.
I would recommend this company to anyone without exception. I can only say positive things about every interaction I had with this company.

I have not had services yet but based on how much time was spent on the phone with me, this will definitely be who I go through. I called to get information and I was given so much information even telling me if I'm getting other quotes, what I should be asking for. Daryl even told me if I wanted to save some money, maybe I could get away from the house for a little to see if my husbands symptoms improve before spending the money on mold testing.

My water heater is in the house and it broke flooding the floor. The plumber I used to fix the water heater recommended Taylor for the restoration and boy am I glad he did! Taylor came out immediately after the incident! He walked me through the process step by step and all the issues and concerns that could arise during the restoration process. The day he came out to assess the situation he had equipment to start drying out floor. Taylor and his team were able to get to working on my house quickly. I was always in the loop about what was happening. If you need anybody to help you get through a stressful process, Taylor and his team are the company to go with. I am truly grateful for all the help and support.

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

We had a flood from the washer hose breaking in the middle of the night. We contacted AZ Water Damage Experts and the team came out in less than 30 minutes. Alex was very helpful to answer all of our questions and we knew we would be in good hands.

The team did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, experienced and hard working. Cleaned up nicely and efficiently. It was so overwhelming and scary to see what had happened to our home, but as soon as they started the work, it was under control and I felt a relief for the first time that night.

Alex followed up the next few days to check on the progress and he kept us informed every step of the way. We appreciated high level of customer service and attention to details. Later he dealt directly with my insurance making this whole flood situation less stressful. Highly recommend them to anyone in need!

We used Jose to sandblast the front and side of our of 1960's block home.  His quote was in right in line with another company that came out.  The whole project took less than 2 and half days, including prep and and a final cleanup.  We are very happy with results and would highly recommend using Unique Surface Prep for sandblasting.

Would highly recommend. And have already referred Carpet Chris to family. Scheduling was quick and easy. Chris arrived on time as scheduled. My carpet was repaired and looks great. I had extra spare carpet, so color matching wasn't an issue in my case. Chris seems knowledgeable in his trade and I felt like the repair was done right. He also re-did a couple of tile to carpet transitions for me, and made these areas look better.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

A bedroom window was broken and I subsequently requested a quote. Valiant responded quickly with their estimate.  They measured and installed quickly as well. No problems  with install or function of new window

These guys are great I highly recommend! I had water damage from a leaking roof and flooding. I needed half of my living room ceiling, 1 full wall and 2 quarter walls replaced. They were able to start in a couple days and worked really hard and got the job done in 4 days. Did a great job cleaning up and were in constant communication the whole time. 5 stars

First of all, their response to COVID has been incredible, Travis was incredibly professional and very aware of the new reality we are in. Gave em a call originally because being from Colorado, I love the Rocky Mountains so I had to call the AZ company repping the Rockies in the desert. Usually, when I base my decision off of things like a name of a company instead of checking reviews, I get disappointed - not this time! This company is horrible!! I would give zero stars if possible.  They tell you what you want to hear, then it goes down hill from there. I wish I would of hired a handyman to complete the restoration. It took months to complete a simple tiny bathroom and the person they sent damaged baseboard & left it, put storage pantry doors on wrong & adjusted the door opener instead of fixing mistake. The senior project manager Eric was a complete jerk on the phone when I discussed problems that he sent wrong guy who was unaware of what he was suppose to do & just left. I was shocked. I don't like to write bad reviews because I know businesses can have an off day, but this business is horrible. I will have to hire someone to fix what they messed up. But they are quick to get their money.
